BOOKING POLICY: All clients are required to place a credit card on file and to pay a 50% deposit on all services.  In addition, is it required to sign your acceptance of our cancellation policy when guided through the intake forms.  No exceptions. Please

complete all intake forms online when you are doing your online booking.


CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULE: If for any reason you cannot keep your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.  Deposits paid will be applied to a rescheduled appointment as long it is BEFORE 48 hrs. Our Cancellation Policy is strictly enforced.  Please refer to our policy here.

 

NEED TO BRING YOUR CHILD WITH YOU?  We love children, we really do, but please understand that we do not have space in the wellness center for them to wait for you.  If you must bring your child, they will need to be in the treatment room with you. If you are uncomfortable with that, it would be best that you make other arrangements.  Thank you for your understanding.

                              Tuesday       1:00 pm - 8:00 pm
                              Wednesday  9:00 am - 3:00 pm
                              Saturday      1:00 pm - 5:00 pm ( alternating weeks )

Gina Cunningham   Monday        1:00 pm - 8:00 pm
                               Thursday       10:00 am - 8:00 pm
                               Friday           10:00 am - 6:00 pm
                               Saturday       10:00 am- 5:00 pm (alternating weeks) 
                               Sunday         10:00 am - 7:00 pm
